Booking Policies (Read Before You Reserve)

Deposit (Non-Refundable): A 35% non-refundable deposit is required at booking and applied toward your total.
Balance Due: You may choose to have your remaining balance charged to your card on file 24 hours before pickup or pay in cash to your chauffeur.
Driver Gratuity: Tip your chauffeur in cash or add gratuity to your card — whichever you prefer.
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged in full.
Non-Smoking Fleet: Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Cleaning fees may apply.
Food & Alcohol: Light snacks are okay; messy foods discouraged. Alcohol permitted for guests 21+.
Fuel Surcharges: Fuel surcharges may apply after your online reservation is reviewed and finalized by our office.

Alcohol Policy Update: As of January 1, 2026, Second Nature Limousines will no longer provide complimentary beer, champagne, or any alcoholic beverages due to legal and insurance requirements. Guests are welcome to bring their own beer, champagne, or alcoholic beverages, provided all guests consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older. Valid identification may be required. Alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly, and Second Nature Limousines reserves the right to end service if unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior occurs.
