Office hours: Monday 10:00am–6:30pm and Tuesday–Saturday 9:00am–6:30pm. Closed Sundays.
Vehicles operate daily except major holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We respect your privacy. Your information is used to confirm reservations and communicate about your service. We never sell or share your personal information.
No. Consider reputation, years in business, fleet size/age, licensing & insurance, customer service, and back-office support. When possible, visit the company, view vehicles, and request proof of insurance and USDOT details for buses. Verify standing on the FMCSA SAFER website.
All chauffeurs hold appropriate commercial licenses and complete our in-house training. We conduct quarterly reviews covering safety, reliability, professional appearance, and customer service.
Yes. Pre-hire background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug tests are required. Random drug/alcohol testing is performed per USDOT requirements.

Yes. We own and operate all vehicles shown. We are not brokers.
Yes, every vehicle is fully licensed and insured.
All vehicles include a bag of ice. Weddings include a case of beer (Miller Lite), two bottles of champagne, and water. For other occasions, feel free to bring cups, napkins, and any extras you need. (Policies may vary by vehicle and date.)
Yes. Vehicles are equipped with GPS navigation and real-time tracking.
No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted. Violations may incur additional cleaning/penalty charges.
We discourage food onboard to maintain cleanliness. Alcohol is permitted for passengers 21+. Extra cleaning fees may apply for spills. Styrofoam coolers are not permitted.
Call us as soon as possible. Items found are placed in our lost & found. Pick up during office hours or we can ship them (prepaid shipping/handling). Second Nature Limousines is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Book as early as possible. Corporate trips: several days recommended. Hourly charters: 2–3 weeks. Weddings, proms, and peak Saturdays may require more notice.
A 25%–50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking (credit/debit card). Balances are due before service; credit cards are charged 24 hours prior to dispatch, or cash is collected on arrival.
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation and a contract via e-signature with reservation details and rental terms.

On the day of service, you’ll receive the chauffeur’s name and phone by text when the driver departs our facility. If the trip is for someone else, the message goes to the contact number provided at booking.
Use the texted contact info on the day of service to reach your chauffeur directly if needed.
We dispatch early and aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to pickup. In rare delays, we’ll notify you with updates. If you don’t see your chauffeur, call (219) 301-9160 immediately.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation are charged in full per the signed rental agreement.
No. We do not offer airport transportation or airport shuttles. Our focus is weddings, winery/brewery tours, concerts, nights out, quinceañeras, and special events across Northwest Indiana, North Central Indiana, Chicagoland, and Southwest Michigan.
